Quadruple soup made from two types of pork and chicken bones, combined with Japanese soup stock culture.
This ramen originated in Aoba, Nakano-ku, and is now one of the most popular ramen spread all over Japan.
The soup is lightly flavored by the addition of dashi (Japanese soup stock), and harmonized with the sea flavor and natural sweetness from the knots to create a soup that gives a sense of Japan.
